How do I place an order?
You can place an order securely online using our online catalog search engine. You can fax in an order form by clicking here. You can call in an order using our toll free number. You can also email your request to place an order and we will respond by email. We want to offer all of these options so you can order in the way you are most comfortable.
What payment methods do you take?
We can accept checks, money orders or credit card payments. We can establish direct billing accounts for customers who wish to fill out the application. The fastest way to process your order is if we are given a credit card (MC, American Express or Visa).
What if I don't like the product when I get it? (Return Policy)
Because our products are custom imprinted, we cannot accept returns unless there is a product defect or misprint (different than the imprint you requested). In such cases, a refund or replacement of the product would be authorized upon return of the defective product. We make every effort to be sure you are happy with the layout for printing before any work is done. We work hard to keep our reputation of providing quality products and exceptional service, so your satisfaction is our priority.
If a return or replacement is necessary, customers should contact us by phone or email to describe the problem and we'll make every effort to correct it. Please do not return products without a return authorization, as they will not be accepted.
I don't have camera ready artwork. How do I give you what you need?
We are happy to assist you with this at no extra charge. Our art department will do a one color, basic layout for you. If you require artwork in multiple colors, logo design, or other more complicated jobs, we may quote a small fee. We have access to a nice selection of basic clip art that can be added to your text at no charge.
Why is there a screen/set up charge on most items? What is this for?
In our industry, we use many suppliers, each specializing in different printing methods. For each new job, they will need to create a custom screen or mold to print from, and that is what this charge is for. Should you decide to reorder the same product, there would usually be no screen charge if it within a year. However, a different product would still require a new screen, as the imprint areas differ on different products.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most custom orders take about three weeks to receive on average, including ground shipping time. However, we are always happy to check with our suppliers about meeting your special event and rush dates. We will never promise you a delivery date that cannot be met.
